Hey i hope that you are super now, but how long it takes ADs to work in your case. I am on almost 12 months sober and i want something to help me with my mood. I gave me almost 12 months at home without stress only excercising and good food. Simple i gave me a Time, but of course i need and to work. I am on 2 second week of ADs and its like Paws. After my Bad experience with Mag. Glycinate i feel that i start from the beginning. Poor me.
