At 3 months sober we went to Portugal on holiday. Didn’t do much exploring, more of a rest for my body adjusting to sobriety. The villa we stayed at was nice with its own pool it was great to just charge our batteries.
Ironically we were just round the corner from Cliff Richard’s Vineyard. (He’s since sold up).
I can just imagine the fracases I may have made, had I been drinking. 🙄
