Logic brain constantly prompts doing stuff, not hide. Very close to a ton outside (100F) so no gardening.
I made myself wash, put on some 'wearin' out clothes, and went for a long drive with loud music. Then I did a bit of shopping, to be around humans. That helped too. The support here helps lots. My brain seems to constantly be in fight/flight mode.
Not even the slightest temptation to turn to alcohol. That's very good.
