Saw a friend who has a brother with substance issues deep in the chaos and the drama of that struggle. As much as it was hard to see, it made me feel incredibly grateful for my own recovery and that I am not as frazzled today! I am grateful that I don’t give my addict LO the power to overwhelm me today.
