Living sober with panic/anxiety
I've been sober since the 16th of June and Im really going through it. Im 33 I've been a 24/7 drunk, and on Klonopins (among many others) for about 15 years. I have panic and anxiety disorders and in detox the doctor prescribed a handful of meds which one of them seems to be worsening my foggy mind, insomnia, anxiety. Im at a rehab and plan to go to long term treatment after. But the way i've been feeling i dont know if ill make it.
Any advice on severe anxiety/depression in early recovery?(waiting to see if meds start to work)
