it’s going to be a lovely sober day today.
i hope all of you are in high spirits.

And to all in the class congratulations on your sober days and thanks for being a part of my recovery.
This morning is the start of day 11 and I am now feeling fresh and alert in the morning, I’m still wanting every day but am managing to talk myself out of it every day too which is good.
