Glad things are reasonably okay ! you must feel relieved. I thought our NHS in the UK was bad ! Where are you from originally ? if you don't mind me asking. It will be harder for you I used to drink very heavily and I know my body just couldn't do it, you've made a great start though ! Best wishes !
