I had a hell of a time with aches and pains. Also random fevers that lasted for a couple hours without manifesting into any other illness. I also had feelings of fatigue that felt like I'd been hit with a tranq dart.
If you've been checked for other ailments, it may be PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome). Cute name for a crappy ailment.
I made a post a few years ago entitled "For Those Tortured By Paws...". It's one of the biggest threads about PAWS on this site, to my knowledge, and contains a large number of testimonials about the symptoms people in this community have had.
It's trite, but if it's PAWS, it gets better with prolonged sobriety.
