One of the things I did on a daily basis, before covid19, is go to the gym. Now the gym is closed but I found ways to workout at home regardless. One thing I know, the gym I used as a crutch, and I can only use a crutch for so long until I can walk again so to speak.
As much as I don't wanna be the person pushing AA your way, I found that any recovery program (fellowship part of it) could help during these times.
SMART and AA meetings online everyday are available on skype, zoom..
Just showing up and making friends could help, you don't need to swallow all of their "doctines"
