I went through a divorce and I joined a support group, so I know they can help a lot.

Hmm there's a thread somewhere about alternatives for AA, I clicked a link to
www.smartrecovery.org there and I found it very helpful. It all depends on your personality and all tho. Just take what you like and leave the rest behind.
