35 days is a good run Steely! Excellent practice for the real quit, so Im glad you are not beating yourself up too bad. I quit for exactly 30 days 2 years before this quit. Stress got me too. Funny thing though.. smoking didnt help one bit, and in my case, it increased my stress.

I saw a quit counselor at Mayo Clinic (not sure if you know what that is, but in the US it is gold standard medical care) and it helped me a lot. I hope it helps you too! I dont know that Mayo has a better system than anyone else, thats just where I recieved my medical care from a possible smoking related medical diagnosis.
