Fridays are hard....I would be telling myself I am not drinking today. End of story. No more pressure than that. And really, that works every day. I have never looked ahead or down the track with this and thought what it would be like to never drink again or any of that....from the beginning it has always been for me: Just for today, I will not drink. And that was doable for me.
