kenton, thank you for sharing your feelings. Your post brought tears to my eyes because your upbringing was very similar to mine. I could feel what you were feeling through your words. My “I’m not good enough” childhood turned to self-injury (long before it was mainstream), alcohol at 18, many unhealthy relationships, etc. You’re not alone.
