Kenton - you are a jewel in the crown. I think many of us here, probably due in part to addiction, tend to perceive what others think of us as truth, internalize it, assume it defines us and then get stuck. We can't control our negative thoughts happening, but we do have some say about which ones we pay attention to and act on. Take good care of yourself and know that you define your reality, not others.
