Holy $hy+ am I ever in it for the long haul!!!! I have put such a high price on my health, my clear head, my quiet mind and my healing body, that I cannot ever imagine drinking again. But I remain vigilant. My nag-headed AV is as loud as anyone else's. I bench pressed 275 pounds last night for the first time in over 30 years, and what does my dumb@ss AV suggest??
