rarely if ever would an ultrasound be done at 4 weeks. the embryo would be about the size of a poppy seed. so there wouldn't be anything to SEE. there also really isn't a test that can tell exactly how far along a pregnancy is at 4 weeks. a woman would just start noticing symptoms.
