Day 5
I might not post here everyday it gets a bit boring for people. And me.
Decided to post weekly. Have still not smoked.
Might be difficult tomorrow as have to visit my brother in nursing home and have to take him tobacco. It is very stressful when visiting him as he has schizophrenia and can become angry.
See how I go.
