Evening all! Midwest yeah the virus is all over here too. No way to avoid it. Glad to see everyone kicking butt like normal!!! Keep it up! New set of deadlifts tonight. Things felt heavier than I thought they should of. My last set was 505. Almost got a double out of it! So close. Goal was 3. Oh well. My form is breaking down after the 1st rep the heavier I go. Might have to send my trainer bud a text and see if he has any advice. Still not getting my hips involved soon enough I think. Need to bring legs and hips together into this or I'm gonna be stuck for awhile at this weight. Definitely need to work on my timing. Other than that felt ok. Tore the hell out of a callous so need to trim that off and got to clean my bar off which is due anyway. Not sure what I'm lifting tommorow night.
