Hola all! Glad to see people on the new Road! Leg and Forearms day for me. Went well. I skipped barbell squats and did the old heavy dumbbell goblet squats instead. I wasn’t that happy about those. Even sinking down low, I felt like they were working out my quads and not the glutes and hips. I think doing squats with the slam ball worked better. Anyway, maybe next time I’ll try barbell squats again. Tomorrow’s routine will be Chest and a few minutes of Abs. I’ve got to start somewhere with those!
