What is your definition, what do you mean by these two (same) ‘figurative expressions’? You didn’t answer my question, and that is your right. But I’d like to know what are these ‘figurative expressions’ you’ve spoken of.
You’ve purposely used these expressions, so they must have a meaning, to you, and I’d be grateful if you’d enlighten me.
