I have the same problem. Being the age that I am, I am getting up once or twice a night as it is. Sometimes it takes me quite a while to fall back to sleep. Even today, woke up at six on a day off, still feeling pretty exhausted, and could not fall back asleep. I don't like missing sleeping opportunities on my weekend.
