If your AV (the thought of having a drink - Alcohol/Addicted Voice) pipes up, suggesting a drink for any reason, then you could post here.........and we’ll try to suggest ways to ignore it! Can you recall and perhaps utilise the strategies you learned in the government program?
Regarding your husband, it must be irritating that he won’t offer to support you in your decision to quit. But think how jealous he’ll be, when he witnesses you waking up refreshed and sober, and he feels rough! He might just think about joining you then.
