. I went to AA for a couple months in the beginning for group support but didn’t do the program.
I’ve also attended meetings in the past when newly sober. (I’ve been newly sober a lot. I’ve never made it this far).
They were always so kind and welcoming, it was comforting in those difficult and surreal early days.
