I'm really struggling. I used to be able to stop for a few days/weeks but then picked up again. Now I'm struggling to get through a couple of days. I'm just going to keep it simple today. Don't drink. Nothing in house, not going to shop, do anything and everything just to get through the afternoon/evening. Stay on SR. Thanks
