I'd like coffee, please, although I've already had two cups. Maybe iced coffee with some chocolate syrup and sweetener in it to avoid the stomach pains.
Tatsy, sounds like your night was par for the course. In a way, this is a good thing. You're not surprised by it and nothing new and more scary has happened. You can just keep on keeping on! What's the plan for the day? So you experience "triggers?" I mostly don't, but if you do, how will you respond?
