Today I an inside with the very elderly cat Tasha on a pillow on my recliner.
She was very neglected when I was in full blown alcoholism and though I can't make up the time I can love and cuddle her lots from now on.
I realize that's my micro lesson today: I cannot change my past actions but I can choose wisely in the moment and each moment forward. . .
It's a beautiful sunny August morning and the birds are positively belting their songs like feathered Ethel Mermens.
