NGB.....I can hear that you have a fantastic AA Home Group, I love that you are drinking milk at night. My sponsor told me that it was the best thing for cravings. That if I ever wanted a drink, to drink a glass of milk and it would pass. I don't know why exactly, but it always worked.
I kind of think you need to be a little gentler with yourself too, and that you are doing TONS in a day. And posting here as well.....it is all wonderful recovery my friend.
