I slipped four days ago and am now on Day 3. I have made the following changes to my plan: I picked up a commitment at a meeting on Sundays as a greeter, and I have given up caffeine. I think I struggle with anxiety and the caffeine was making it worse which was a trigger to drink and relax. I’m excited about my commitment as I think it shows through action that I am surrendering and committing to the AA program.
