Morning coffee and cigs as usual on the patio. Company still sleeping.
They are in their mid 20’s and travel with an air mattress! It’s a nice break from chaos and dysfunction.
Another med added for high blood pressure yesterday. Dr said she wouldn’t be able to sleep either if she was me. That somehow didn’t make me feel better.
Step 1 with sponsor has helped me realize the insanity of our disease.
