Shoulders, arms, back almost recovered from my first kayaking adventure of the year, so today I did a full body kettlebell complex. Long day of deliveries lined up for tomorrow so that usually leaves me smoked by the end of the day.
Did this Complex 8x. Managed to get through it 3x before I needed to stop for a wee bit of a rest. It's a great endurance workout!
Snatch 4 Right/4 Left
Clean & Press 4 Right/4 Left
Front Squat 4 Right/4 Left
Rows 4 Right/4 Left
Tricep Press 8
Some more yard Work lined up for the weekend, and maybe another kayaking journey so that'll be it for me until next week.
