15 tricep dips
30 pulsing squats
45 second plank
15 alternating lunges with front kick each side
15 hand release push ups
10 inch worms
15 squats w/ side kicks each side
30 sec left plank
60 sec pulsing bridges
15 plank with alternating shoulder tap each side
60 sec arm circle change direction after 30 seconds
30 sec right plank
45 second pulsing donkey kicks each leg
