Dumbbell Bench Press 4x 12,10,10,8
Dumbbell Bench Flys 3x 12
Diamond Push Ups 4x 10
Standing Band Flys 3x 10
Dumbbell Skullcrusher 3x 12
Dumbbell Tricep Kickback 3x 12
One Arm Seated Dumbbell Ext 3x 12

Tomorrow hopefully some kayaking!!
