It is nice to see all of you doing fun workouts! Working out doesn’t have to be boring it can be so fun especially if you keep switching it up!! Thanks everyone for the ideas.

Friday - 30 minute strength training and 25 minute hike w/ hills.

Saturday- 20 minutes strength training

Sunday- swimming

monday- 30 minutes strength training plus swimming
