Nearing the end of this quarter challenge, I'm celebrating:
Greater balance and ease physically and mentally
More muscle and leaner body mass
Better awareness and use of breathing techniques and how they relate to my physical health
A greater sense of community in participating here
Walking and running in an old historical city. Meditation. Yoga. Light weights.
DS12 and I played a longer than expected game of PIG yesterday, with both of us making most of our shots with the basketball, even with me matching some of his "dribble, turn, under leg, take the shot" fun and inspired challenges.
Life is good.
