Well last day of the week so it's time for an endurance kettlebell workout.
Every Minute On The Minute - EMOM for 40 Minutes I did the following circuit;
6 Snatches (3 right, 3 left)
4 Goblet Squats
I was toast after this. A lot of volume in a very short period of time. The challenge was keeping good form throughout.
It worked out to about 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest each minute.
