Glad to hear all the updates and glad Lady and all of you are doing well!!
I'm keeping up my yoga, light weights and walking. Ramped up meditation a lot lately. Allowing trauma much space to be transformed, joy room to increase and trusting the process.
It hurts. Life is good. Ironic how it can be both.
Goals for today: laughter, healthy connections with people plus alternating slowing down my pace with going faster, and looking for enjoyment in both.
