When I decided to get sober, I wondered what I'd do with my time, how would I cope with stress? It took a few months but I found myself less and less preoccupied with drinking, and more and more occupied with practicing gratitude every day.
I used gratitude to replace the habit of drinking. And not only does it help me stay sober, it makes me happier too.
