Hola all. Delts, Triceps, and Biceps were worked out today. Holy moly was that an ordeal. Everything just feels harder to do now. Plus Iím still sore from yesterday. Iím beat, but at least I completed all the sets. Score one for will power! Tomorrowís routine is Legs and Forearms. If it goes like my other post layoff workouts and I go regular on the squats, Iím going to be crazy sore on Monday. Ugh.

Purp - just curious. What were you doing for a standing Abs workout?
