Hola all and happy hump day! Delts, Triceps, and Biceps day. Skipped yesterday. I slept really badly the night before my two weeks follow up appointment. Just anxiety over what he’d tell me, I guess. The doctor cleared me to exercise like normal, so good news there. Anyway, routines today felt really difficult even after subtracting some weight and excluding a few exercises. I’m not that much weaker though. I should be back to where I left off by July. I hope! Tomorrow’s routine is Legs and Forearms. Take care all!

Welcome back Ringo123! I find it really annoying when scales don’t match. I miss the old balance scales, I have more faith in those than the electronics, lol.
