Evening all! Glad to see all still after it! Chest, squats and deadlifts tonight. Deadlifts went ok.... Not gonna say great, but way better than last time. Squats went ok. Crushed the chest part. Jiggs I had to look up renegade rows and steal em from ya. Did two pushups style sets till failure got 21 first set and 15 the next to finish my workout. Used my 70 lb dumbells.... Thank God there hex not round or would have been stablizing them the whole time. Hit battle ropes three rounds and one set on the ab wheel. I will definitely take tonight's workout! Needed a good one to boost morale. No idea what tommorows workout will be. Y'all have a great night!!!
