Made it to Smart Recovery group today at my rehab group despite my many arguments not to and also had a 121 with one of the counsellors
afterwards.
Feeling better than I have done.
Finish house tomorrow, ex to be is calling in tomorrow after work to pick some "stuff" up. Not sure how I feel about that, but we shall see. Good advice from counsellor how to deal with it.
