I start each day being grateful to have woken up sober and feeling good, and I end my day being grateful that I didn't drink. I am always grateful for the better life sobriety has given me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've recently started a journal and I must admit the entries to date are a bit negative. I have a lot to be grateful for in my life and I love a good list. I am grateful to you least. Great article too.
