Checking in. Glad Friday is gone - nice to wake up with a clear head and not having to piece together what happened last night...
Saturday morning - going back to bed soon - I have a whole week of sobriety today! - will take a walk to park later, and go supermarket for some healthy stuff - I discover yesterday I have early stage Alc. Hepatitis, but I posted elsewere of this.
Keeping positive and remembering years ago I used to go away weekends and have fun and stuff - must be so nice to look forward to the weekend with a clear head.
So Im determined to get there, and for that I need to pull through all this stuff, get well, and keep positive. Going back to sleep for an hour or two now, I seem to be sleeping a lot.
