Noone can really tell you if you're going to have problems or not - my own withdrawals were wildly variable - its next to impossible to give someone else a yea or nay without being a doctor examining you face to face.
What did they say in the Accident and Emergency department?
Did you raise your fears there?
you can always go back or see a GP if you're still worried
