Sounds to me like you know your triggers well....changing up your times to work better for your recovery is a really good idea....I know for me....first thing in the morning and now....dinner time-ish, early evening.....I need to check in at those times....especially on Sundays. They are my trigger days....but 'nuff about me....just proud of you for knowing yourself and happy that you are here with us....you have all of our support....every single day.
