Wind / Rain / Thunder
This might be a weird topic, but does anyone else find the sounds of wind, rain & "storms" soothing?
I think this may especially apply to "active" alcoholics who's underlying issue is anxiety.
My bed is right next to a window, and I almost always keep it open. We've had some very strong wind and rain lately, and... I have never slept better. It might get a little cold, but that's what duvets and warming fans are for...
