You are dead right in that while you can find support here and in places like it, none of us can save you, or anyone else for that matter- that's an inside job
Its and incredibly worthwhile task tho
I daresay motivational videos can be useful - but I still think you need something 'greater than' to get you through when the rubber meets the road and you want to drink.
