Day two everyone!! feeling good tbh. Just heading home from work so I might just say different once I get home and I can't have a smoke like I usually do.
its all about breaking old habbits..
I had a rough night last night, I didn't have an appetite all day and then I had a dodgy stomach throughout the night! has anyone else experienced that ? Didn't think I'd make it to work today for my double shift but I did.
I plan to stay on this path I really do!!!
And you lot are just brilliant.
