I've tried this multiple times. Think I'm going to check out Celebrate Recovery. I also have about 60 Naltrexone. Naltrexone never worked bc I would just not take it when I wanted to drink. My plan is to get an accountability partner to ask me if I took it that day. It makes me very ill if I drink on it. Just gotta take it first thing in the morning and it takes the decision to drink off the table for the day.
We will see. I just moved to the beach and the spring and summer will be very tempting. Gotta get a head start here in February and take it one day at a time.
