What worked during your two months of sobriety? What causes your relapses? For me, sobriety has been successful with a lot of understanding as to "why" I do certain things, and what makes me feel certain ways.
I get the "F-Its" and it causes me to go to the nearest alcohol because in that brief moment, I don't care. I've learned to prevent those feelings.
Keep posting here, I wouldn't be sober if I hadn't found this place. Take it seriously, post often, read a lot.
